Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation & Advance

A reservation is considered formally booked only after receipt of the required advance booking fee (minimum ₹500 - ₹750) and verified generation of your official ticket ID voucher. The remaining balance amount is payable on arrival at the venue reception.

2. Arrival Time & Slot Duration

• Each private mini theatre or banquet slot is reserved for a strict scheduled duration (normally 3 hours).
• Guests are requested to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the booked slot.
• Late arrival does not automatically extend the slot end time, as subsequent celebration slots are pre-booked.

3. Guest Capacity & Extra Person Charges

Each theatre and hall has an allocated maximum guest capacity. Any attendees beyond the included base package count will be charged at the stated rate (₹200 per extra guest) and must not exceed the safe fire safety limit of the room.

4. Prohibited Items & Safety Regulations

• Party poppers with metallic foil, snow sprays, hazardous fireworks, and smoke bombs are strictly prohibited inside the theatres to preserve equipment and health.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances on the premises is strictly forbidden.
• Any deliberate damage to sound systems, 4K projectors, recliners, or decor props will be assessed and billed to the primary booking contact.

5. Content & Media Screening

Our theatres provide HDMI cables and streaming device connectivity. Guests are solely responsible for ensuring that the personal videos, slide presentations, or OTT media they screen comply with Indian public copyright and decency laws.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Telangana, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad.
