Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel or amend your reservation, please notify our team via phone or WhatsApp at +91 77997 99897 or email help.vrsolutions@gmail.com with your Booking Ticket ID.

2. Cancellation Timeline

• More than 72 hours before the event: The booking can be rescheduled to any available slot within 60 days without penalty.
• Between 24 to 72 hours before the event: Rescheduling carries a nominal fee of ₹250 to offset material and decorator planning.
• Less than 24 hours before the event: Because the slot is locked from all other patrons and custom perishables are procured, the advance deposit cannot be refunded or adjusted.

3. No-Show Policy

If the party fails to arrive within 45 minutes of the scheduled slot start time without prior notification, the reservation will be marked as a No-Show and the slot will be released.

4. Force Majeure

In cases of extreme weather emergencies, government curfews, or municipal restrictions beyond reasonable control, reservations will be converted to store credits valid for 12 months with no penalty fees.
