Refund Policy

1. Advance Booking Fees

Because each mini theatre and banquet slot is exclusively blocked out upon booking—preventing other guests from reserving that time—the initial advance payment serves as a date reservation retainer and is generally non-refundable in cash.

2. Rescheduling & Date Changes

• 72 Hours Prior Notice: If you notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled celebration, 100% of your advance payment can be credited toward a future rescheduled booking within 60 days.
• 24 to 72 Hours Notice: Subject to slot availability and a minor nominal re-booking fee (₹250) to cover preparatory decorator costs.
• Under 24 Hours Notice: Rescheduling is not guaranteed as fresh balloons, customized cakes, and staff preparations are completed.

3. Perishable Add-ons (Cakes & Fresh Flowers)

Custom orders for specialty cakes, freshly baked items, and fresh floral garlands cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun (usually 24 hours prior to the event).

4. Unforeseen Disruptions

In the unlikely event of an unexpected equipment malfunction, technical outage, or facility issue on our part, guests will receive either a complete 100% refund of all amounts paid or a priority rescheduled slot of equal or higher tier at no additional charge.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are processed via the original UPI or bank payment mode within 5 to 7 business working days.
